The brief here was to develop a brand identity for a truly unique architectural gem, painstakingly renovated to the highest standard as a luxe escape from the noise of modern life. (Book it here…)

The owner, Niall Mullen, a respected antiques dealer had a nostalgic connection to this Greek Revival gate lodge, having grown up in the neighbouring town. The last standing example of pre-eminent architect C.R. Cockerell in Ireland, Niall made this a passion project - restoring the building and inhabiting it with period pieces.

The visual identity we developed honours the architectural importance of the building by putting the iconic facade front and centre. The property’s initials, ‘LL’, are woven into the graphic treatment  - as open doors - referencing the new accessiblility of the Lodge in the AirBnB era. 

 
 
 

We developed a website to showcase the extraordinary interiors as well as the richly historic environs of Loughcrew in Ireland’s ancient East. The copy highlights the opportunity to retreat from the modern age and luxuriate in such unique storied surroundings.
